A shout out to Bill Pace, @ScripTeach, for #CammyTheFilm. CAMMY, like Bill's terrific feature, CHARMING BILLY, is handled with an intelligent, compelling restraint. It's wonderful!

I thought it was fucking GREAT!
On every level. The concept, the dialogue, the actors, the choice of shots, the rhythm, the directing.
Gretchen Hall was tremendous, the scene where she walks down the long staircase in the atrium on the phone was brilliant in its staging. Terrific when the two girls appear, tap dancing. Then the husband. Perfect!
Another part I really loved about "Cammy" was the very start, with the doctor’s VO. Perfect! Sucked me right in … and established the theme. And the ending was devastating.
Truly, of all the films, books, etc. that people have asked me to watch or read, "Cammy" is the best. So true. Five stars.
